Brain Drain: The reason Behind

 Jack Dorsey has been elected as the new CEO of Twitter. For some, it is a topic to be proud of that how the Indians are talented to get jobs in American countries but for others, it is the term called Brain Drain.

Many people blame policies of the government like caste reservation.

The number of people who left India and joined other countries is more than abundant:

• Satya Nadela - CEO of Microsoft ( 2014-till present )
• Sundar Pichai - CEO of Alphabet ( 2015-till present )
• Shantanu Narayan - CEO of Adobe ( 2007-till present ) 
• Arvind Krishna - CEO of IBM ( 2020-till present )
• Anjali Sood - CEO of Vimeo ( 2017-till present )
• Amanpal Butani - CEO of GoDaddy ( 2019-till present )
• Indira Nooyi - CEO of Pepsico ( 2006-2018 )
• Ajay Banga - CEO of Mastercard ( 2010-2020 )

These are only the American companies but the Australian Companies having Indian CEOs are:

• Tarun Gupta - Stockland ( 2021-till present )
• Sanjiv Gandhi - Oreca ( 2021-till present )
• Vivek Bhatiya - Linc Group 
• Sanjay Dayal - Pact ( 2019-till present )

And many more.

According to me, the major cause of the Brain Drain is the lack of higher jobs for even Indians in those companies. Most of the companies like:

1. Adani 
2. Tata 
3. Birla 
4. Godrej 
5. Bajaj 
6. Mahindra
7. Jindal
8. Mittal
9. Oberoi
10. Byju's

Are using their surnames as the name of their companies. The main problem is not the Surname but the uneasy task for other Indians to handle important posts.

This also creates an increase in Nepotism and a decrease in meritocracy in those companies.

However, the problem cannot be solved if we just rest in a corner of the world. Things should be solved and managed.
